About the Role
We are looking for a Urban Mobility Consultant to lead and contribute to technical analysis across a range of urban transport and infrastructure planning projects. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of professional experience, with the ability to independently manage components of transport analysis, while also supporting both junior and senior team members. You will work on transport modelling, demand forecasting, corridor development, and multi-modal integration planning—particularly in contexts such as Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) and low-carbon mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or co-lead transport analysis and corridor studies, including data processing, mapping, and interpretation.
- Support senior consultants in developing modelling frameworks, scenario analysis, and demand projections.
- Provide technical guidance and feedback to junior and graduate consultants, ensuring quality and consistency in outputs.
- Assist in the design and review of public transport networks, service plans, and integration strategies.
- Contribute to report writing, presentations, and client-facing materials based on evidence and transport performance insights.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including urban planners, GIS analysts, and infrastructure specialists.
- Help ensure that technical inputs align with broader project goals related to accessibility, sustainability, and system efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Transport Planning, Urban & Regional Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in urban transport systems, corridor analysis, or public transport planning.
- Familiarity swith transport modelling concepts (e.g., demand estimation, headway, modal share), and tools such as Excel, GIS, or basic modelling software.
- Proven ability to work independently while coordinating with senior team members on project strategy and client engagement.
- Experience in supporting and mentoring junior staff, including reviewing technical deliverables.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing technical memos, charts, and maps.
- Knowledge of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) or low-emission transport strategies is an advantage.
